Stainless Steel Mesh for Use in Insulating Environments

2025-12-12 14:47

As is well known, stainless steel comes in a variety of grades, including 302, 304, 316, and 412, with SS304 being the most commonly used. However, in specific applications—such as during the production of insulating components—domestic SS304 often fails to deliver consistent performance. Common issues include frequent wire breakage, broken ends, and irregularities like bamboo nodes.

In contrast, imported stainless steel wire effectively avoids these problems. To further enhance product performance, our company requires suppliers to add special alloying elements to the material. We supply SS316 plain finish steel mesh, made from high-quality 316L stainless steel wire imported from Japan. This ensures a smoother mesh surface, more uniform aperture distribution, and significantly reduced metal particle shedding. As a result, our product offers greater safety and reliability for customers in the insulation manufacturing process.
