PPS Woven Press Filter Mesh

PPS woven press filter meshes are made of high-strength pure PPS monofilament, designed as high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant woven filters for harsh working conditions.

- Processing Features:

PPS fibers are processed with high temperature setting. The weaving density can be flexibly adjusted, with smooth mesh openings that are not easy to block. The filter mesh features high toughness and strong bending resistance, without breakage or deformation even under long-term bending and tension. The edges are heat-sealed and sturdily reinforced to adapt to installation in high-temperature environments.

- Material Properties: Core advantages include high temperature resistance (continuous service at 190℃, short-term resistance to 220℃), strong acid and alkali resistance, and anti-aging performance. It will not degrade or soften under extreme temperatures or corrosive media in applications such as chemical raw material filtration, high-temperature sludge dewatering and papermaking slurry treatment, providing a much longer service life than conventional chemical fiber filter meshes.

- Application: Suitable for high-corrosion and high temperature working conditions in hydrogen production, chemical industry, environmental protection, papermaking, cardboard manufacturing and other industries. It effectively filters materials containing acid and alkali impurities, prevents mesh clogging, and ensures stable and continuous operation of equipment.
