Technological Upgrade Boosts Efficiency! Our 8.5m Loom Drives Quality and Output Improvement for PPS Mesh

Recently, our new 8.5m large weaving loom has completed commissioning and trial production, and been officially put into mass production of PPS mesh. After rounds of process optimization, workshop staff are fully proficient in operating the equipment, with flexible adjustment of tension and weaving speed for stable and efficient production.

Compared with the original 4.2m looms, the new 8.5m model delivers outstanding performance. It features faster weaving speed and more precise tension control. Thanks to its extra-wide width, multiple pieces of PPS mesh can be cut in a single run, pushing the overall production efficiency to four times that of the old equipment, which greatly shortens delivery cycles.

Manufactured with advanced weaving technology, our PPS mesh boasts smooth surface and reliable quality. The first batch of products has been well received by customers, who have since placed additional orders due to the superior product performance.
