To expand production and upgrade, we must first focus on our core products. Our main business is industrial filters, and PPS material is of utmost importance. It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and is the core raw material for high-performance industrial filters. The chemical, power, environmental protection, and other industries have extremely high precision requirements for it. Although the old equipment could produce, its efficiency was clearly insufficient when facing customers' diverse wide-width and high-precision orders. To thoroughly solve this problem, the company conducted on-site inspections of multiple manufacturers and compared over ten models of equipment before settling on a brand-new dedicated PPS weaving machine.

The new equipment has significantly increased the weaving width compared to the old equipment, and its application range is also broader. It can accurately adapt to fine and coarse mesh, as well as PPS filters of different thicknesses, enabling quick response to customers' special needs. The most crucial aspects are speed and precision. The weaving speed is nearly twice as fast as the old equipment, and the uniformity of the mesh is extremely high, with negligible errors, fully meeting the stringent industry standards. The introduction of this equipment is aimed at "improving efficiency and maintaining precision", ensuring that every batch of PPS filters received by customers is of consistent and reliable quality.

In October 2025, the new equipment was officially brought into the factory, and the workers were busy and enthusiastic. On the day the equipment arrived, unloading took most of the day - this machine was large and precise, and it couldn't be bumped. The crane operator stood on the operating platform, closely monitoring the equipment to adjust the angle of the crane arm, while the ground crew cooperated and directed, moving the equipment steadily to the predetermined position step by step, being cautious throughout the process. After unloading, the manufacturer's engineers entered the site for debugging, and our technical workers stayed close by, taking notes on the key points of operation and core parameters with their laptops. Whenever they encountered questions, they would ask the engineers during their breaks, and some workers even posted the key parameters on the operating platform for repeated study. After more than a month of debugging and learning, the workers have become proficient in operation. Now, this PPS weaving machinehas officially been put into production, producing high-quality filter screens stably every day.

Meanwhile, the upgrading and renovation of the old workshop is also progressing simultaneously. The old equipment, having served for many years, can still operate, but its precision and efficiency no longer meet the demand, and the operation is also laborious. To further enhance capacity and quality, the company decided to dismantle the old equipment and add two new intelligent weaving machines. The construction team quickly entered the site and successfully completed the dismantling and removal of the old equipment. The next foundation project is of utmost importance. The new equipment is heavy and requires high precision, so the foundation must be solid and level. The workers arrived at the workshop early every day, following the procedures of measurement, setting out, digging pits, and reinforcing steel bars, being meticulous in every step. Currently, the foundation has been completely laid, and the subsequent cement filling and stabilization will be carried out. It is expected that these two intelligent weaving machines will be installed, debugged, and put into use soon. These two intelligent weaving machines are much more advanced than the old equipment: they can automatically adjust the weaving tension, solving the problems of laborious manual adjustment and uneven tension in the old equipment, making the filter mesh more uniform and stronger in toughness; they also have real-time quality monitoring function. If there are issues such as inconsistent mesh size or broken threads during weaving, they will automatically alarm and stop the machine, preventing unqualified products from entering the next process.

Workers in the raw material area carefully screen every batch of incoming raw materials, whether it is PPS or other materials, checking their appearance and testing their performance. To ensure that details meet standards, they repeatedly adjust their operational methods. Workers in the inspection area use professional instruments to repeatedly test the dimensions, mesh size, toughness, high temperature resistance, and other indicators of the finished products. Only when all items meet standards can they be sent to the finished product warehouse
